The Emmy® Award-winning Saturday morning educational cartoon series is now the basis for one of the most fun, energetic, and easily mounted musicals ever to hit the stage! A loose, revue-like structure allows for a great deal of flexibility in staging and cast size. Set and costume design can be as simple or complex as your budget or imagination allow. And because most of the songs are so familiar and easy to learn, rehearsals are bound to be a snap. Perfect for young performers of all ages and experience levels, SCHOOLHOUSE ROCK LIVE! JR. will be a hit for actors and audiences alike!

WORKSHOP HOURS
Rehearsals begin on Saturday, February 16, 2013, (at 1:00 PM for everyone, just on this first day!) and starting on February 23 will run every Saturday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM for School House Rock Live! Plan for some additional rehearsals on Friday afternoons from after school.
ORIENTATION & AUDITIONS
Mandatory orientation on the first day (Saturday, February 16th at 2:00 PM) for all workshop participants and one parent or guardian. Orientation will be for about the first hour, and auditions will start after that. Auditions are for placement only - no one will be turned away!

WORKSHOP & MATERIALS FEES
Workshop fee: $495 for Culver City Residents, $506 non-residents, fee payable to "City of Culver City." You may register for the workshop and pay this fee at orientation on February 16th.
Materials fee, nonrefundable: $280, payable to "dee-Lightful Productions" and due on the first day, February 16th. Among other things, the materials fee covers the cost of scripts, CDs, some production costs, etc.
Performances are scheduled for May 30th, May 31st and June 1st, 2013
REGISTRATION
Registration will be on the first day, February 16th, at orientation. Please bring two separate checks, one for the workshop fee and one for the materials fee (see above).
